one name is synonymous with good chocolate, esp for baking.

hersheys.

dun ever use any other baking cocoa or baking choc or choc syrup or choc chips. it cost like, effing (effing, btw its my new swear word. i use it precisely becos i dun swear, and well, effing doesnt really mean anything at any rate..., not to me at least) expensive compared to the rest of the choc brands out there, but its well worth it.

make a hot cup of cocoa using the cocoa powder, for example, and youd be literally moaning and thrown off your seat for a second. its soooo yummylicious....!!! slurp slurp...

im mentioned that my love for cooking is due to my greater love for eating. how very true. seriously, i dun think i could be bothered to cook if i dun like to eat la.. honestly, i d do anything. i d exercise if i must, so long as i can continue to enjoy my good food in glowing health.. god willing.

anyways, last weekend's domesticated tendencies found me in the kitchen trying to whip this out:



woohoo!! needless to say, of cos i stuffed my face with brownies. and packed some for im in my little pink lunchbox while we watched batman together. at the end of the day, only a quarter of the whole thing was left.. which is to say, the whole baking tray was generously shared amongst my brother, im and me. heh..

both the brownies and fudge were made using hersheys cocoa and with whole lotta love!! (u see, i m one of those few remaining who still believe i can bake love into a cake and mix sincerity into my cooking..)
