glimpse of my covered up humble abode... notice the cardboard-carpeted floor and plastic curtains. wat a happening, happening raya for us this yr...

and the kuihs i made before upgrading (so theyre dust-free, lint-free, and practically free too..):


pineapple tart, choc chip oat cookies, almond cocoa, my mums indespensable muruku (a tinge of deepavali for u-she loves murukus) and my sis peanut butter choc chip cornflakes...

sadly, no cakes this raya cos our cookbooks are safely gathering dust somewhere in the house..



oh.. and hee... zorro has to be my fav kinda hero... witty, loving, quick-witted and v entertaining.. not too mention i think hispanics are hot.. heh...antonio banderas carried out the role really well. cant imagine anyone else as zorro. n catherine zeta jones looks gorgeous as usual. she has to be one of the most gorgeous persons alive in my books...

legend of zorro... go watch it. i like, i like... be it for the chemistry between the two leads, the witty script or the gorgeous peeps...
