part of the reason i m hyped up is bcos im n i are supposed to go retrieve my engagement ring today. but im just called the shop and they said its not ready yet. bummer. its been a week leh... but i guess, whats with the xmas hols and all, they need more time. i was talking with my mum on the phone when im went to pay for the ring. in full. had i not been engaged on the line with mum, i would have requested if we can pay half now and the remaining later when we are truly satisfied with the item. from experience, if we had paid in full, any rectification to the product would come and an extra cost, whereas if we hold back a portion, they would calmly rectify whatever is amiss without question. lets hope everything is well.

the next reason y i m hyped up is cos its the end of the yr. its been fast and slow at the same time. i cant believe i have been in this line for a yr already, yet the first time i stepped into the scene seemed like more than a yr ago to me.

while i wonder why people need the start of a fresh yr to make resolutions, i have hypocritically made one myself. instead of drawing up an inexhaustable list of would-dos, i reckon its best to just concentrate on one.

ok. so i m gonna dry my hair now, play with the curlers and spend whatevers remaining of the year with im and friends. the third and final reason y i m hyped up today...
