i adore my new blog skin! woohoo! i know its modest, but this modest layout nonetheless took this html-inept girl hours of tweaking my template, cost me weeks worth of undereye circles, a late appointment with im and seconds of pretending to be coy to pacify a grumpy fiance. a few giggly-sorrys and 30 seconds later, all was good-which was great, cos the whole acting coy bit couldnt have lasted me more than a minute before i flail my arms in the air (probably hitting some innocent passer-by in the process) and give up.

went out shopping today and bought 2 freaking lovely tops. i risked looking like a lost, confused filipino tourist with messy hair, scouring round each level of far east more than once, on some counts, 3 times. of cos, the labyrinth-like configuration of old shopping centres like far east didnt help one bit.

the thing is, i was there last week with mona and nurrul, and i remembered squealing at high octave collectively at more than a few tops with these precious gals. the wierdest thing is tat when i went back with im to get them, they all sorta dissappeared. and some of the tops that looked tempting the first time looked more like blah-washcloths the second time. the third time today, some of the washcloths looked suspiciously more and more like curtain fabric, but i managed to nab 2 great-looking tops tat managed to preserve their identities. you just gotta see them, ok! theyre lovely but i m afraid 2-dimensional photos dun do them much justice.

so ok. enough shopping, i think. tho i have to say if anyone knows of any loreal warehouse sale, its a crime not to share the info with fellow girls: including me. excluding tat bitch who backstabs you with her home econs scissors 10 years ago. leave her out. let her pay sky-rocket prices for make-up... muahahahaha..

ps: in spite of having wasted a full entry on shopping, i m far from being the top-haggling-bottom-hassling shopaholic: i insist.
