when we moved in, we got a sofa-cum-guest bed that was generously handed down from his aunt. it is still in good condition, and i thought it'd be great for our games room and future bunk-in guests.

as grateful as we are, (and we are!) there is, however, one small but glaring detail that sticks out like loose white thread on a black dress, glaring even to these rabun eyes. one that i have been itching to chuck from the get-go. that poor good-looking sofa's trapped inside some utterlty appalling crimson-coloured material.
its as nasty as sin, really. those covers got some serious issues.
i feel like an ungrateful scum just by saying that.
i'm sorry.
