after 1-year, i realised that i could claim for 'reading materials'...
like- duh, yana!
(and i have about $300 more to claim).. its not that i dont have anything to claim, but i've always forgotten to.. -_-"

plus, firefox doesnt support internet pac@gov. and i blurly thought the 'site was down' all along..
